Abel Alarm Co Ltd are closely monitoring the guidance provided by Public Health England supported by the local and national government throughout the UK and continued regular reviews of our internal practices in reflection of the needs of our customers and staff.

The health and wellbeing of our clients and staff is our top concern. We have already implemented extensive measures to manage the risk to our clients, staff and the business. This is being reviewed within the developing situation.

These are unprecedented times and communication is key in relation to managing the service we provide. This planning statement within our website will be reviewed daily and amended in relation to additional measures implemented or guidance provided by higher bodies which may result in the risk of reduced or effected service.
At the present time it is business as usual with full service available within our sales and engineering albeit still working within the advice of Government and senior bodies.
We are in regular contact with our customers, local and national, to review measures we have implemented and to discuss their need in relation to the risks of COVID-19.

Abel Alarm Co Ltd have multiple Alarm Receiving Centres within the UK to maintain your system monitoring continuity and the ability to increase cover within all locations in the event of staffing issues related to COVID-19. These practices are referenced within our current management policy.
Abel Alarm Co Ltd has monitored the COVID-19 situation from its infancy. Concerned that some of the the UK’s electrical security equipment is manufactured within China and the Far East we have been working with our suppliers and reviewing our internal stocking to manage these situations.
As the effects of COVID-19 have expanded and is now a global problem we have extended our management of supply chain to all our partners to maintain the optimum service that can be provide.
