The increased availability of broadband has now made it easier and more cost-effective to monitor your premises from another location. Our Communication and Monitoring Centre (CMC) provides a secure location to manage alarm signals from your system.

Abel's IP signalling delivers up to European Grade 4 which means that it fully complies with the ACPO(s) Police Response to Security Policy - this is one of the essential requirements to guarantee a Police response if your alarm is activated.

CCTV over IP

Increased bandwidth now means that you can view live video images remotely, anytime, anywhere. Our integrated IP receivers in our CMC can handle the latest devices including Adpro Fast Trace, Fast Vu and Scan and leading digital video recorders. From here we can keep an eye on your premises and alert the emergency services in the event of an incident.

What's more we can control access, filter unwanted false alarms and control the movement and zoom of cameras on site. In addition we can send an audio challenge to suspected intruders to deter entry.

Automatic Remote Maintenance (ARM)

ARM enhances your existing support service by providing preventative and corrective maintenance without the need for a site visit.

British Standards DD 263 reduces the need for multiple attended services, allowing electronic maintenance via the IP network. This makes it more convenient for you or your staff by reducing the need for attendance during maintenance. Plus, it can accurately diagnose faults and indicate when a visit is essential as well as ensuring your system is working at its optimum level between visits.

For real peace of mind we can provide you with direct online access to the CMC. With security that meets the highest standards of internet banking, you can log-on and check a range of important information about your premises.

This can give you the real-time status of your site, allowing you to view CCTV images and check keyholder use. Additionally you can review all elements of your security history, including opening and closing times whilst also being able to alter any information we hold such as keyholder information and availability, giving you greater flexibility and power over your security system.
