Abel is very pleased to announce that it has successfully completed the acquisition of
C K Group Security Systems Ltd, an NSI recognised company based in Birmingham. It was formed in 1980 and has built up a reputation for high quality installations and first class service.

Negotiations have been underway for some time between the Directors of C K Group Security and Abel and the transfer to Abel Alarm Company Limited took place on Monday 23rd June 2008 at the C K Group Security offices in Dudley Road, Birmingham.

Abel extends a warm welcome to all members of staff.

The acquisition of C K Group Security Systems Ltd brings with it a number of prestigious major accounts, along with a substantial number of commercial and residential sites.
